About the project
Greatest Collections is a structured apparel brand and online marketplace built to combine fashion production with digital systems. Customers can browse T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants and jerseys across Women, Men and Children sections. They can also personalize selected items by choosing colors, sizes and quantities and uploading their own artwork.
The platform covers the whole journey. A three-step checkout handles customer details, pickup or delivery, and payment, with online payment, cash on delivery for eligible items, and split payment for mixed custom and regular orders. Customers track their orders through a My Orders area.
Behind the store, a role-based system serves Merchants, Customer Support, Catalog Managers, Order Operations and platform administrators. Staff access is granted through a reviewed application with a secure, expiring setup link. Merchant partners submit listings for catalog review, and warehouse stock must be received and counted before approval. Merchants can then follow their orders and earnings, and payouts are scheduled once an order is fully paid and delivered. Due payouts are combined into one transfer per merchant, with order-level records kept for reconciliation.
The long-term vision includes physical stores, a central printing and production warehouse, corporate and bulk supply, and Greatest Deliveries, an electric-bike logistics arm.
